cracked GTA 4 disc

Has anybody had their disc crack because of the case?cracked GTA 4 disc

Not that I've noticed. The only game I've had that happen with is Disgaea 2, those PS2 cases and that center ring cracked it on both sides. I also rented the OB from Gamefly and one side had about a quarter inch crack in it but it still played luckily.If I were you I'd take it back to the store and replace it asap because that crack will just get bigger and bigger until it wont play anymore.
never happened to any of my games, but i have heard that putting toothpaste on a disc fixes it. don't quote me on this because i don't know if it actualy works.

That's only for scratches, not actual cracks.

When you pull a disc out of a case, do you just grab it from the edges and pull or do you actually press the little button in the center of the case to release the disc?
