Umm, wowza..

This may be in the wrong forums, I'm not sure, so don't give me any crap please. As many know, I am selling my Xbox 360. I was wondering, how much do you all think I can get out of this:

Xbox 360 premium, with controller, and battery charger. Games include:
Grand Theft Auto 4, Halo 3, Call of Duty 2, 3, and 4, Lost Odyssey, Graw 1 and 2, Samurai Warriors 2, Lost PLanet, Saint's Row, Gears of War collectors edition, Rainbow Six Vegas 1, and Splinter Cell Double Agent. 14 games.Rough estimates please?

Call Gamestop to see what the trade in would be. Check eBay to see how much things are selling for.Umm, wowza..
$500-600 depending on how high the bidding goes, used 360s are worth nothing, the games are where you'll get your money.

To be honest, I am getting bored of it and want a PS3 instead.
dont do it, I too thought the same and I am now the proud owner of a black paperweight that plays movies twice a month.

why would any one consider selling there Xbox when you got Gears of War 2 coming out and other great games later in the future. Only reason to get a PS3 Right now is MGS4. Witch is a pretty good reason to get one but still it's just one game and then you have to wait till next year for KillZone 2. Just keep your Xbox Unless your a Huge MGS fan like i am then just go for the PS3.

[/QUOTE] ya just make sure that you really, really want a ps3. because it might sound like a good idea now but you could regret it later.

i wouldnt do it just save up and get a ps3 and have both i got rid of my box last year to get a ps3 and within a month i bought another 360 now i got both so just save yourself the time
yeah believe me i just bought a PS3 last week and there is hardly any difference between the two system except for that xbox 360 has way more and better internet features and better exclusives, and do not buy a PS3 thinking u can play PS2 games on them unless u buy a used 60GB or 80GB cause they discontinued PS2 compatibility on all new PS3 models and believe me so far they only have a few games that r exclusive to the system that r worth playing the other ones r not that great, trust me wen i say this stick to ur 360 and if u r going to buy a PS3 at least wait until u save up the money for it so that way u dont have to sell ur 360

I would say anywhere from $500-$550. This is second-hand talk, but I would say not to go to GameStop. I hear they screw you with selling used products, eBay or Amazon is probably the way to go.

Dont get me wrong I love the PS3. It has rock solid games like Uncharted, Heavenly Sword, GT5, Ninja Gaiden Sigma, the list goes on, but Xbox 360 just feels different, in a good way. Personally, I gotta have all systems. They're all great in their own right. Keep it and save up for a PS3. You'll miss out big time if you sell it. Trust me. ;)
If you aren't in a situation where you can save up for a PS3 on top of a 360, than I guess you should go ahead and sell your 360. On the otherhand, I have heard that most people who switch consoles (in either direction) end up regretting it eventually. I am not into the whole system wars debate, it is really all about preference. I simply like the games and controllers better on the Xbox 360. If you can, I'd suggest selling all the games you can live without and using that money to save towards a PS3. If I added it up right, you can get about $200 from all of those games together. I think the PS3 is at about $400 and if you could shave off $200 it would be much easier to save up for. That's just my 2c, but I would do that if I were in your shoes. Good luck with your decision.
I wouldn't get a ps3 now. Their best games are avialable on 360. At least wait til Crimbo.

I own both and honestly I'm only looking forward to MGS4 and Killzone 2.
