After the last update on gears i've played a lot. And i noticed every!!! connection i've played on i don't get any, or less than ever before, bullet lag! It's amazing... anyone else noticed this? did they implement gears 2 netcode in 1? that's so nice of them :oops: :) Well after playing some more gears earlier today this is basically confirmed. I will have to check it out, but the last time I was on, which was a week or so ago, I downloaded the newest multiplayer maps for a union gamenight and it corrupted all of my saved data on Gears :evil: Hence, me not putting gears back in my console. However, I will definitely have to check out a lag-free Gears multiplayer. :D

Maybe it's just me because I stop playing Gears a while ago but the lighting looks better on the maps. I know that's an upgrade they made to the Unreal Engine but I'm not sure if they put that in Gears or if I just haven't seen it in a long time. It looks amazing! But yes, I didn't notice any lag the whole time he was playing either. I will research this and see if I can find out what the update was. Either way Gears 2 gonna be sweet! Move over GTAIV make way for a new king!
Yea, I played it over the weekend when I saw it's still #4 on MP usage. It plays a lot better than it did a few months ago. Try it out.

Maybe your computer just doesnt run it as nicely or maybe your computer (no offence) Sucks! Just has the req for a minimum run of Gears oF war on the pc and your friend has a nice tv to run his gears on xbox on.

Gives the game a new feel :D and they all look good in their own way
