just wondering since the digital download for PC (and i think the PC retail version) is $30. I'm asking because BioShock is the game i plan on buying soon and having a cheaper price will help me out since i may have to buy a new controller (long story)has BioShock been discounted?
Well its $39.99 USD for the 360 version. On ebay you can probably get a used one for $30 or less. has BioShock been discounted?
I wouldn't say it's discontinued, but it's most likely in a production remission from low sales. They're probably repackaging them as platinum hits, and with all the hype about a new movie and a sequel, the price drop will probaly attract some new buyers.

I would say just rent it, unless your really into achievments. It's an amazing game that is a must play imo, but the second playthrough is just leagues worse than the first.
The console version is selling new for $39.99. My next purchase... well, after MGS4.
I bought my copy for $29.99 earlier this year from Fry's Electronics.
