so i was playing and i got the one man army achievement while i was offline, then recovered my account because something wierd happened and it wouldnt let me sign into xbox live and i lost the achievement so am i gonna have to replay the entire game to get the achievement again or what?Orange box achievement ?

I'm gonna go out on a limb and say you have to do it again if you recovered your account and the achievement isn't unlocked.
Yeah, if you get achievements on a gamertag that is not the active one, when you recover the tag, the achievements you got while it was inactive will not merge into your score. I had the same problem a few months ago. I recovered my GT at a friends house to play on Live. When I went home I played games offline, got achievements then recovered my GT. None of the achievements I got were there at that point. I had to go back and do them over. Now I keep my GT on a memory card. I can transport it easily and don't have to worry about recovering again.
