HELP!! Sombody Stole My Gamertag!!!

I bought a GT from ebay about 6 months ago and today when I logged onto Xbox live it says my gamertag has been recovered!!! What can I do to get it back? Or at least block the person using it? And how did they steal my Gamertag? Please help my GT is: Godfather ObieHELP!! Sombody Stole My Gamertag!!!
u recover it then change the pw to something else. call up microsoft tell them sombody stole ur gamertag HELP!! Sombody Stole My Gamertag!!!

Wow, I can't even imagine buying a Gamer Tag off of Ebay. Just create your own, how hard is it? I doubt you're going to get much sympathy on here because someone else probably stole it to sell it to you.

A gamertag can be recovered anywhere though if you have the email and password associated with it.If you have an XSata device though you can copy things from your 360 hdd to your pc hdd
