Always always make sure you have full health and full armor before entering a mission. Less then a quarter the way through the game 2-3 of your guns should have 1000 rounds EACH. Meaning: Pistol, SMG, and AK.If you go into a mission blind you will almost certainly die. And in your case, use cheats to keep yourself alive.
i have heard that it might glitch the game. i know in san andreas my friend did some cheats and when mad dog tries to kill himself it would show the cut scene then have him kill himself and he got mission failed.
i agree...most missions are very easy.
