I don't care about graphics.Gran Theft Auto has never payed attention to ''super detailed polished graphics'' they just want the gamer to have a very fun enjoyable experience,after-all the graphics don't make the game.

no, gta games have great graphics. i think they could buff it a little because some things don't look right.
i dont think the people look all that great, but if u look at the amount of detail in the environments, it looks really good.
Yeah it's bad when you compare it to Gears of War. But GTA's aim was never about awesome graphics. The game is just too big for it to run like BioShock or Uncharted: Drake's Fortune. Maybe in a couple of generations. For now, it will look dated. On that note, there's a lot of developers who dont even try. Conan is a good example. That game is a mistake.
graphics were never the selling point of the GTA games, everyone should know that. it was the immersiveness
naw, it looks pretty good.
It doesn't rival Gears of War or Uncharted; but it's a relitively good looking game.

I'm more concerned about the framerate.
GTA4 graphics are sweet as mate.
i'm actually past the point of caring about graphics. games like crysis, halo 3, bioshock and mass effect all look so good that it's turned it into a non issue in my mind, because it doesn't realy need to look any better. that doesn't mean i don't believe in quality however.
the graphincs arent top notch like Bioshock or Call of Duty(single player). But GTA was never about the graphics. GTA3, Vice city and SA werent high ended at that time. imo in GTA its all about the gameplay, not graphics

I have to say it took me a while to adjust having recently been playing Mass Effect. When I first started it up this morning, I thought the graphics were terrible, but having played for an hour or so, I got used to them and actually like them a lot now - especially the way bullet impacts on vehicles are represented accurately - I have been waiting for that in games for a very long time.
