Because i cant imagine playing as master chief in a new series on a wii or PS3...Anyone know?Or any thoughts?Is Halo being made into a new series, an ...
If they make more it will only be on 360 and maybe the PC later on.



And despite everyone saying it is the end of the series, I highly doubt there will be no more Halo games with all the things they left unanswered in Halo 3 and the lack of any info we know about the Forerunner.

Isn't there gonna be prequels, not sequels.
Well, they are already developing a prequal to halo called halo wars so there's one for ya. Also if you did manage to finish Halo 3 on legendary difficulty you are rewarded with the final cut scene of master Chief's ship falling towards a planet, that was prop-ably marathon and that will be the next ''Halo'' game.
they(bungie) are not developing halo wars, ensemble studios is.

If bungie makes the future halo games, and there will obviously be more (microsoft will probably never let it go), they will always be exclusively on the 360. There is already a halo project in the works, peter jacksons halo project.

I heard that if there will be a halo 4, it's storyline will be about Master Chief crashing his ship onto some other planet, where there will be 3 stranded spartans and a doctor who is revealed to be the creator of Cortana. The object of the game will be trying to make it off of the planet. Sorry no link available I read it a long time ago, and I don't know if it's true or not But it sounds very legit to me.

Some people are completly new to the 360 some jsut have not bothered to beat it.
Then why would they be looking at a post that was discussing possible sequels/ spinnoffs when they haven't even started or finished the series, they should be spending their time finishin the game(s)
If they make a new game it won't be with Master Chief. I think a game from the Covenant side would be cool. Or an Arbitor game. Something like that.. I think it would be on the 360 too because im not sure if im right but Bungie is owned by microsoft, but even if not they would make a lot of people mad.

(i dont think it could be another fps because the covenant is gone)

yes there will be more games in he halo universe 1 is halo Warsand it will b a prequel featuring how the war started , but sadly i do not think it will feature our hero john-117and the 2nd game is Halo: Chroniclesthis gme in the words of wikipdia is an episodic video game first announced at Microsoft's Xbox show, X06.[1][2] Peter Jackson and his recently formed Wingnut Interactive will create a project set in the Halo universe, in partnership with Bungie Studios exclusively for the Xbox 360.[2][3] so the story will continue just wihout the masterchief , but it will be exclusive for microsoft
I think we're all pretty positive on the fact that if bungie makes another series in the halo universe, it will only be played on 360's and PCs.
