None of the above. It has already been announced to be set during WWII.
I thought it was pretty much confirmed to be ww2 in the pacific.
I'd love vietnam or heck even future. Although not a modern one maybe next one can be modern i don't want them to pop out modern after modern after modern.

i think the cold war would be cool. just as CoD4 was entirly made up, this one could be too. maybe an extended part in chernobyl and some other missions based around the missle crisis etc.
it isnt exactly an american war, but the 6 days war is incredibly interesting. maybe it wouldnt be too long of a game (6 days) but its still intriguing
