360 Repair Status?

So I sent in my 360 HDD for repair....and I just checked the repair status and this is what I see:---Repair Status: FulfillmentOrderAnybody ever seen this? What the heck does FulfillmentOrder mean? Have they recieved it? Is it on its way back? 360 Repair Status?
Typical turn around time is 2 - 3 Weeks.... Also, why did you change your icon? 360 Repair Status?

My buddy sent his in, got it back in 6 days. My brother in law sent his in last week and got it back in just 6 days. I sent my HDD in 6 days ago and this is what im saying. Try calling there support line. It will take a while to get answers, but if you hang in there long enough you will get answers from a real person.

Sorry about being wrong on the return estimate. :PAnways, the new icon is okay but the previous one was more scary...I like my icon. I will never change it. :DCats are the smartest of all animals.
give it a day or two then phone them up and see whats happening.
