where do civillians drop a ton of money?

is there a certain place or person that drops a load of money like $100 +?where do civillians drop a ton of money?
Assuming you are talking about GTA4, I don't know. You don't need it though as if you just play the game and do the missions and car theft missions you should have more money than you can spend.where do civillians drop a ton of money?

ATM machines, or if you see an armored car, blow it up and it will have around $2000 in it.
Another quick way to make a quick buck (I've never had less the $170) is to rob stores

Tons of money appeared all around it. Maybe it's just me, but I love the exploding propane tanks in GTAIV. that and blowing up the pumps at the gas stations.
