What should I get - purchasing problem.

Ok, I'm about to step into the new-gen era. I know its a little late, but if you people can help me out, it would be great. I'm thinking about getting a 360. I've chosen this because not only are the games great, but online seems worth it for the 50 bucks. Now my options are the Pro, Halo edition, or the Elite. I don't want an arcade because...well, no hard drive. I'm kind of on a strict budget, but I'm willing to spend the extra cash if it seems worth it. I also have to add that I have a CRT T.V., but I'm planning on picking up an LCD is the near future. Thank-you for reading. What should I get - purchasing problem.
I don't think there is any advantage to have the ''Elite'' because what are you going to do with all of that HDD space? Just get the Pro.What should I get - purchasing problem.
it all depends on what you plan on doing with you 360 it you going to download movies or stroe music and such then get the elite but it you dont plan on doing any of this then just get the pro
Oh, sorry, I have to add that I'll probably mostly play games and store music. But I might download movies too. But not as much.
unless you see yourself downloading lots of demos and other stuff on marketplace then the 120 gb of space may not be worth the price of a elite.. and since your a bit tied down on cash i suggest you get the pro. With the money left you can get a couple games. The ones i recommend are 1) GTA IV2) Halo 33)Call of Duty 44) Oblvion5) Gears of war

just get the pro i was late into the next gen era aswel i was playing my ps1 in 2007 when i found it there was such thing as an xbox 360 lol :P :D
Ok, most people say ''Get the Pro''. Does anyone have the Halo Edition or Elite versions? And if so, how are they? Do you like it?Thanks.
