Do you know how to get to the heli-tours place?Also do you know any places that have the speedboats to drive on the waters?Gta 4 location help!!!
Heli-tours is on the second island (large middle one on the main map) in the South East corner. It sticks out from the coast and changes direction. There are 5 tours to go on, though you will only ever see 3 choppers there at any one time. If you want to do all tours remember which ones you've done, and return another time when they have moved to different spots.
